The Nutley Family Service Bureau’s Thanksgiving Initiative provides the turkey and all the trimmings to make a memorable holiday meal for our Pantry participants. In 2019, a record number of Nutley residents, organizations, church groups and businesses, donated all the necessary food items. A small army of volunteers, organized, packed and distributed over 150 holiday meals. This year, due to the pandemic crisis, food insecurity has increased dramatically.

NFSB Response to COVID-19
Due to the uncertainty of COVID risk, and with an abundance of caution, NFSB regrets to announce that our popular fundraiser, A Night At The Races, rescheduled for 10/24/20 is cancelled indefinitely.
For those who have already purchased tickets and/or sponsorships, a full refund may be provided or you may consider converting to a donation to NFSB’s Covid response . Please email karen@kjwco.com to specify your option. Your funds will be either credited to the credit card OR will be transferred as a donation to support NFSB.
NFSB is responsive to community needs in this unprecedented time of crisis. We are dedicated to providing services and creating workable solutions that allow continuity of operations while considering the health and safety of patrons, staff, and volunteers.
